Terms & Conditions

These terms cover use of the Testtprep website and services you agree to purchase from us.

Effective September 30, 2026 · Last updated October 8, 2026

1. Eligibility and academic use

You must be at least 18, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter an agreement, to purchase a service. Our tutoring, feedback, editing, and study materials support your learning. You are responsible for following your school’s rules, completing and submitting your own assessed work, and citing sources where required. Review reference and example materials carefully before using them. Adapt them as appropriate, cite sources where required, and follow your institution’s academic rules when preparing your own work.

2. Services and scope

We may offer individual tutoring, exam preparation, editing, course support, and career services. The subject, deliverables, deadline, price, and any included checks or reports are confirmed for each order. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote. Results vary. For eligible services, our grade-related refund bands and evidence requirements are set out in the Refund Policy.

3. Orders and payments

A 50% deposit is normally due when a single service is booked, with the balance due before delivery. Orders needed within 48 hours may require full payment at booking. Any different arrangement will be agreed in writing before payment. Course support payments are due on Thursdays under the payment plan at the bottom of your invoice; a late payment incurs the $15 per day fee stated in your invoice and these terms. We may pause work while an amount remains unpaid. If there is a billing problem, contact us promptly so we can review it. Fraudulent payments may lead to cancellation and appropriate action.

The website currently has no online checkout. A request prepared on the website is not a confirmed order; we will agree the scope and payment method with you directly. Cards, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle may be available depending on the order.

5. Refunds and revisions

For an order cancelled before its final custom material is accessed, we review research, drafts, and other work already completed. An untouched order may qualify for a full refund; otherwise, a refund of the unearned portion may be offered after review. Download status alone does not determine the amount. After delivery, refund percentages, evidence requirements, exceptions, and request periods vary by service. Single-assignment requests must be made within seven days of delivery; test and quiz requests within 10 days of delivery. Revisions that follow the original instructions are free if requested within seven days. Please read the full Refund Policy before ordering.

6. Responsibility

We aim to provide the agreed service with reasonable care. You remain responsible for how you use materials and advice, including academic submissions and institutional requirements. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes to an order already accepted will be discussed with you rather than applied without notice. For questions, use the contact channel provided with your order; email us at hello@testtprep.com.

8. Additional terms

Privacy and confidentiality

We use your details to respond to enquiries and deliver agreed services, including sharing them with people and processors who need access for that purpose. We do not sell the details you send us. Read our Privacy Policy for the booking form, retention, and your choices.

Responsible communication

Use our contact channels lawfully and respectfully. Do not send abusive or unlawful content, malicious files, or another person’s confidential information without authority.

Career services

Career support may include resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, application support, and business writing, as confirmed in your quote. Employment outcomes depend on the employer and your application.

Liability and external links

We aim to provide the agreed services with reasonable care. You are responsible for reviewing supplied information before using it, for your own academic submissions, and for complying with relevant institutional rules. Links to outside sites are for convenience and their operators control their own content. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Entire agreement and severability

These terms, the applicable policies and accepted order details form the agreement for that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain in effect. Material changes to an accepted order require agreement with you.

Washington law

These terms are governed by applicable Washington State law. Disputes may be heard by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Seattle, Washington, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
