Refund Policy
These terms explain when a refund or revision may be requested for eligible booked services. Please review them before purchasing.
Cancellation before final access
If you cancel custom written support before its final material is accessed, we review what has been completed, including research, planning, and drafts. An order on which no work has started may qualify for a full refund. If work has begun, we may refund the unearned portion after verifying the work and payments. Download status alone does not decide the amount.
Single assignments
For eligible single-assignment support, the refund is based on the final grade:

Request a refund within seven days of delivery and provide the grade and the professor’s feedback. Altered work and late submissions are not eligible.
Tests & quizzes
The same grade bands, refund percentages, and proof requirements apply to eligible test and quiz support. Request a refund within 10 days of delivery. A refund is not available when incomplete instructions or a late penalty affected the grade.
Entire courses
During the first three weeks, course refunds are assessed one week at a time using the same grade bands:

After the third week, refund requests are limited to the individual week concerned. Payment timing and any late fee are stated in the written quote and the Terms & Conditions.
Revisions
Revisions requested within seven days of delivery are free when they follow the original instructions. Changes beyond those instructions may incur an additional charge. Revised work is not eligible for a refund.
How to request a review
Email hello@testtprep.com or use the contact method provided with your order. Include your order details, the relevant grade, and the professor’s feedback within the applicable request period. We will review your request against the terms above. Approved refunds are generally processed within seven to 10 business days.
These terms do not limit any rights that applicable consumer law does not allow a business to exclude.
