What we aim to provide, and how to tell us if something needs attention.
Quality assurance
We agree on the subject, goals, and instructions before work begins. Written materials go through a quality review against the agreed brief and an originality check before delivery. Custom work is not resold to other customers.
We match writing and editing requests with subject-qualified people, including writers with a relevant degree and positive prior client feedback. Plagiarism or AI reports can be supplied when included in the order. Materials are for learning and reference; we do not submit assessed work on your behalf; grade related remedies for eligible services are described in our Refund Policy.
Editing support
Our editors review structure, clarity, grammar, relevance to the brief, and citation consistency. You can request subject-specialist editing or a higher-tier writer when arranging the order. Tell us the citation style and share the instructions you want followed. Substantial new content or changes beyond the original scope may need a new quote.
Confidentiality
We use the personal information and materials you share to respond to your request and provide the agreed service. Access is limited to people who need it to do that work. For details on website data, sharing, and your choices, see our Privacy Policy.
Refunds and revisions
If the agreed requirements have not been met, contact us through the channel used for your order. Revisions following the original instructions are free when requested within seven days of delivery. Cancellation before final access is reviewed against the work already completed, including research or drafts. An untouched order may qualify for a full refund; a partially completed order may receive a refund of the unearned portion. Otherwise, refund requests are reviewed under the applicable grade, evidence, and deadline rules in our Refund & Returns Policy.
