1. Information we handle

If you contact Testtprep, we may receive your name, email address or WhatsApp number, the subject you need help with, the message you send, and any study materials you choose to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed for your request.

When you visit the site, the hosting service and your browser may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, pages requested, and the time of a visit to deliver the site and maintain security. We do not ask for your birthday or precise location on this site.

2. Why we use it

We use information you send to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide support, communicate about an order or refund request, and keep relevant business records. Technical information helps operate and protect the website. We do not use the booking form to sign you up for marketing messages.

3. How booking requests work

When you prepare an email request on this site, its details are placed in an email draft in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press Send in that app. Your email provider handles the message and any attachment, which we then receive at hello@testtprep.com. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

4. Who may receive information

Our site host processes technical data needed to serve the website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when those fonts load. When you send an email, your email provider and our email provider process the message and any attachments. The website itself does not submit or store your draft. Information you send may be shared with tutors or service providers only as needed to respond and provide the requested service, or where law requires it. We do not sell the information you send us.

5. Retention and security

We keep information received by email only as long as needed to handle your request, provide support, keep required records, or resolve a dispute. We take reasonable steps to limit access and protect it. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Requests are held by the email providers involved; they are not saved to a Testtprep account or database by this site.

6. Your choices and rights

You can choose what details and files to share with us. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, object to certain uses, or make a complaint to a relevant privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

7. Cookies

Testtprep has not added advertising or analytics cookies to this site. The current booking form does not use browser storage to keep your request. Your browser, hosting service, or external services you open may use their own technical storage under their policies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. We will update this section if tracking features are added.
